The Rocky Mountain Fever Basketball Club will host its annual New Year's Basketball Camp January 2nd, 3rd, and 4th.    We hope you will join us  for fun and challenging drills and competitions.   Our camps are for boys and girls in grades 1 through 8.  Continue reading to learn more about our camp and to register for this event.  Space is limited to 20 campers per age group, per session.

WORK ON YOUR HOOPS SKILLS  AND TUNE UP FOR THE WINTER SEASON AT FEVER BASKETBALL SCHOOL

Your child may be looking for additional training opportunities during their winter break from school.  The winter break is a great time to develop skills in preparation for next season.  We hope you will consider joining us at the Power To Play Event Center this January for our  camp.  Fever Basketball School will help your child sharpen skills so they can compete next season.

Once again, we've made our camp  affordable.  One of our goals is to provide quality training opportunities at a reasonable price.    Fever believes in keeping its costs as low as possible to provide all kids the opportunity to receive quality instruction and  grow a passion for the game of basketball.  At about $14 an hour, we believe Fever Basketball School is one of the best values around for quality instruction and supervised training sessions.

At Fever Basketball School, we help players work on individual skills including dribbling, passing, and shooting, using a series of competitive drills and games.  We'll also include scrimmages to allow players to apply what they are learning in game situations.

Boys and girls of all ability levels are welcome.

Camp Details

  • Our camp is taught by qualified Fever coaches many of whom are licensed by the USA Basketball Youth Development program.
  • 1:10 camper to coach ratio max (usually much less).  This allows your child to  receive more individualized attention from our knowledgeable coaches.
  • Focus on individual basketball skills (dribbling, passing, shooting, footwork) and competition.
  • Each day is about 2 hours in length and consists of a combination of age appropriate drills, competitive games, and scrimmages.

One of the keys to improving basketball skills is repetition. That's why we keep our player to coach camp ratio low allowing athletes lots of hands-on repetitions.  Your child will get plenty of repetitions and can learn the proper way to train under the guidance of experienced coaches.  Our training program allows your child to train effectively and to get the most out of their time in the gym.  Our camp will place an emphasis on the individual skills of shooting, dribbling, passing, and footwork. Skills are taught using a variety of drills and competitive games.

Boys and girls of all ability levels are welcome.

Registration is limited to 20 participants per age group, per session.

Fever Basketball School is one way we raise funds for the Fever Scholarship Fund.  By participating in our camps, your children improve their basketball skills and help support other local youth who might not otherwise be able to participate on Fever teams or in Fever programs.  Fever raised over $1,500 for our scholarship fund at our Summer,  Christmas Break, and Spring Break Camps last year.

PLEASE BE SURE TO BRING WATER AND BASKETBALL SHOES.  YOU MAY ALSO BRING A BASKETBALL.

Please make sure that anything you bring to camp (basketball, water bottle, etc.) is clearly marked with your name.  Fever is not responsible for lost items.

Please use our online registration system to register for this camp.  If you have problems registering, or if you have general questions, please email us at  playball@feverhoops.com.
